Dr. Maged Gebriel, CEO and the board member of Areeb Technology, revealed the company’s plans for the next stage, and its most prominent expansion goals until 2030, during his press interview with Al Borsa newspaper and the “Fintech Gate” platform.

In light of the rapid growth in demand for digital transformation solutions and technological services in the region, Maged discussed Areeb Technology’s vision for growth, the most important markets, and sectors that the company aims to expand in during the upcoming years.

Gebriel explained that the Saudi market has currently become a source that represents 90% - 95% of the company’s revenues, noting that Areeb Technology seeks to complement its success in the Kingdom, investing the success in the rest of the Gulf markets. As he described: “They’re promising markets, as a result of the rapid developments it is witnessing in the technology and digital transformation fields.”

He added that the establishment of the company's branch in Riyadh contributed to strengthening Areeb's presence within the Saudi market, and changing customers' perception. Areeb has now become a local technical partner capable of understanding the market's needs and providing support and services more closely and effectively.

In terms of industries Areeb supports, the financial sector accounts for about 60% of the total projects managed by the company, followed by the procurement sector with approximately 15%, while the remaining percentage is distributed among the restaurants and quick-service food sectors, health care, and a number of other niches.

Africa also captured an important aspect of the dialogue, as Gebriel pointed out the remarkable growth its markets are witnessing in reliance on technology and digital services. He stressed that African markets, especially North African countries, represent one of the main destinations within the company's plan to expand during the next five years.

He stated that the company's strategy does not rely on implementing single projects, but rather focuses on building long-term partnerships with clients, explaining that some of Areeb's contracts extend for more than five years.

Gebriel said: “We are keen to build ongoing relationships with our customers, based on partnership and constant interaction with their needs, whether through technical support, developing and adding new features, or providing the necessary training to work teams.”

He pointed out that this model reflects Areeb Technology's vision of its role as a technical partner that contributes to developing customers' business on an ongoing basis, and not just a service provider or implementer of a project that ends with the expiration of the contract.
